Test cylinder / cam / core operation without the need for an actual core and keys.

4.  Hub Tester Tool

Simulates knob / spindle operation.  Check for positive hub locking, latch retraction and simultaneous retraction.

5.  Deadbolt Hub Tester Tool

Test Deadbolt functioning and check for thumbturn operation, simultaneous retractions and deadlatching / buttons.

        6.  "Pokey Tool"

For when you need a sharp point to position the parts during the final case closing.  Hardened steel tip retracts for safe storage when not in use.  Tip can be re-sharpened or replaced as required.

        7. "Thumper-Bumper" (easily field replaceable)

High quality rubber pad for when you need to beat (excuse me: gently tap) the case to jolt parts into position.  Also useful as a final vibration test to make sure everything stays in place the first time the door gets slammed shut.

For holding standard metal case cover in place during testing.   Works with optional see-thru case cover for viewing actual operation as illustrated in photograph below.  Makes it easy to watch cam operation.  Also excellent for training use.
